The Administrative Console features an intuitive and easy to use interface. It consists of logically organized functional sections and tools that are designed for maximum efficiency when managing the site. For example, various Data Grids (information lists for customers, products, orders, etc.) include capabilities for editing, viewing, sorting, searching and filtering data based on the specified criteria. Additionally, the Administrative Console features convenient and intuitive toolbars and controls for working with online databases of various sizes and complexities.
The entire Administrative Console is web-based, and all of the changes are automatically reflected on the live website. It can be accessed securely over the Internet and it allows access only to the designated personnel. For increased security, it can be accessed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption that prevents any theft of data during transmission.

Larger companies and organizations with multiple website administrators will enjoy having the ability to maintain several administrative accounts (each with their own username and password). A flexible system of permissions allows restricting access for various administrative users to certain Administrative Console sections and/or allowed actions within these sections.
This approach is essential for companies with separate employee roles, where the website’s access permissions can be configured to match employees’ roles and duties. For example, only employees in charge of accounting may have access to certain financial data, or for companies with multiple departments, each department may be responsible for content updates only pertinent to their department. The system can also be setup to require managerial approvals for certain actions. A supervisor’s approval may be required for content changes to be published to the live site. Furthermore, the system supports creating user groups (or user types) with pre-assigned permissions so that they can be easily applied to any new employees.

The logs are designed to facilitate investigations and are securely stored and archived for the sole access of the designated security personnel. Security Features

We conduct meticulous security checks and optionally provide additional measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Administrative Console. Such measures may include, but not be limited to: duplicated authorization mechanism requiring two independent mechanisms of authentication, biometric scans and electronic keys, administrative services routed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for increased protection against packet-sniffing or interception, and access allowed only from authorized IP addresses (or networks) in addition to blocking triggered by multiple failed login attempts.
